Litho
With over three decades of print experience in the South East we are ideally suited to handling your print work competently and efficiently.
Our high-specification Komori 5 and 6 colour litho offset B1 and B2 presses enable us to print a wide variety of high quality work from brochures to magazines, fine art books to annual reports or a wide range of marketing material for both large and small companies. Our 24 hour working and total flexibility allows us to handle short or long runs. All presses are colour-profiled to ensure consistency and colour controlled by dedicated spectrophotometry to customer-specific profiles.
Creo Lotem CTP, driven from Apogee X workstations in pre-press, ensures total accuracy and perfect plates every time. This technology helps to reduce customer costs through quicker press make-ready times and reduced paper usage.
Our presses have digital back-up and store facilities so that all future reprints are produced with the same profiles to maintain colour consistency.
Digital
We can provide digital print solutions for smaller and bespoke runs. This can suit items requiring personalisation, or a select or test run of a publication.
Repro
We check the integrity of all files and pre-flight check to ensure fonts and images are supplied correctly for printing.
Proofs are provided for your visual approval which can be sent electronically via PDF, printed digitally or you can opt for a machine proof for the most accurate representation of your finished product.
Finishing
The majority of finishing processes are handled in house. Some specialist activities such as gold-blocking or embossing are outsourced to a preferred list of trusted contractors who can ensure the correct level of attention is given to your print project.
Warehousing
We can provide stock warehousing and fulfilment services, so after production of your publication you simply call off what you like when you want it.
Stock is typically delivered within 24hours of call off. In addition to utilising national carriers, we also have our own vans and deliver daily to London and the South East.
Mailing Services
We offer a mailing service for your complete peace of mind. This can be via pre-printed address labels or electronic data. There are many options for mailing, from 1st class post to mail-sort options, carrier sheets and polybags / polywraps - we partner a number of larger mailing houses who can also manage your data.
