Press Release 7 January 2010 - Manor Digital Goes Live!

Following the launch of their Office Supplies division in March last year, local design, print and multimedia company Manor Creative, have expanded their services further by opening a new purpose-designed Digital facility off Willingdon Drove.

To complement their conventional print business, Manor Creative have installed a top of the range Xerox iGen4 digital press together with a full range of print finishing equipment enabling them to offer a quick turnaround, print on demand service to new and existing clients.

Chief Executive Graham Brownett explained that ‘as well as its superb print quality, we chose the iGen4 because of its environmental credentials, 93% of the machine can be recycled, the inks are completely non-toxic and the printed sheet can be de-inked for recycling unlike the other options we looked at’.

He went on to explain that ‘it is vital for us as a company to adapt to the ever-changing marketplace and this new high-speed, digital colour press gives us the opportunity to produce short run products such as stationery, posters, booklets and brochures with the added benefit of variable data which helps our customers market their own business in a different and more cost-effective way.’

Manor Creative have bucked the national trend by increasing their staffing levels by 20% in the past year by setting up the two new divisions. Graham Brownett went on to say: ‘we have suffered with pressure on prices and cut backs like every other company but by investing and expanding in the difficult times we will continue to be in a stronger position when the economy improves’.
