As a customer of Manor Creative, whether for design, print or multimedia, our sales and estimating team will provide you with a detailed quote with cost breakdowns for each process if required.

An account manager is assigned to your project to monitor production from concept to delivery, we are happy to provide technical support where necessary, including pre-press training on your premises if required, to help ensure the smoothest workflow. Our experienced staff will follow up on your enquiries and may sometimes suggest alternative production methods to ensure you have a full choice of options.

 

Quality Assurance

Repro Stage

We fully check files for integrity and pre-flight check to ensure fonts and images are supplied correctly for printing.

Proofs are provided for your visual approval which can be sent electronically via PDF, printed digitally or you can opt for a machine proof for the most accurate representation of your finished product.

 

Printing Stage

Our presses have digital back-up and store facilities so that all future reprints are produced with the same colour profiles to maintain total colour consistency.


Finishing Stage

The majority of finishing processes are handled in house. Some specialist processes such as gold-blocking or embossing are outsourced to a preferred list of trusted contractors who will ensure the correct level of attention is given to your print project.
